Fun Facts about Technology!

As we all know, we absolutely love the internet. Why? Because in these days, nothing is impossible. And in some people, mostly teenagers, internet is everything. Up till today, I certainly can't imagine if we were to live in a world without the internet. Can you??

Now, I'd like to share with you all the juicy facts about technology that I've found on the internet (of course, where else can I find it? haha) & that I think it's interesting for you guys to know, and maybe be a bit amused with it hehe

please click to enlarge! :D

So have you guys seen it? Out of all the facts mentioned above, the one that made me a lil bit surprised if when they misspelled "Google" instead of "Googol". I'm glad they made a mistake. Imagine if you're in a situation with your friend and you ask him "um hey what's amphetamine for" and your friend will be like "try searching it up on Googol bro" ha ha ha funny....

So technology has played a big role in our lives, as if we cannot live without it! Why did i say so? Look at this picture hereee

I have to admit, I usually will be on my phone for a few hours before I go to sleep. Nothing important, just shifting through my Whatsapp, Twitter & Instagram app until I get really bored and tired, only then I'll go to sleep zZzz

Living in an all girls school.......

Halooooooooooooo

Another part of this assignment is to write a short essay. So, in this post I just wanted to share my experience being in an all girls school - SM Sains Seri Puteri, KL to be exact ^_^

Me (second from left) with ma dormmates :D

So uh it all started when I was 15 yo, I applied for this particular school after getting my PMR results. I really really reallyyyy wanted to enter here. Mostly because I have this thinking that being in a unisex school is really fun.

Little did I know.......

IT SUCKED, BAD TIME :(

Well, the first two weeks was literally like hell to me. Having no experience at all being so soo far away from home & my family. I called my mom every single day wishing that she would pick me up and take me away from that bloody school. But mom's answer was always a big fat NO. She even played the guilt-trip on me, saying how much she struggled preparing all my files and medical check-ups and all (it worked... like always) & I have no choice but to build up my self-esteem and only Allah knows how much I tried to fit in with everyone... Did I mentioned that I was one of the last intake for my batch at that year? I registered there a little (very much) late, which was on the end of July 2012.

Can you just imagine??? PLEASE. At that time almost EVERYONE KNEW EVERYONE.

But everyone was really nice. They treated me nicely, offered me food. Toured me around school campus. Story short, everyone was okay except me. Dude, I never did my laundry at home, how do you expect me to do mine, alone, about 300km away from my mum?? :(

BLABLABLA *a few months later*
early 2013 *wink*

I finally get the hang of being here. It's actually really fun being surrounded by girls (I'm still straight lol) you can share your 'baju kurung' with your dormmates to go to prep, you can be 'selekeh' all you want without people judging you (more to without worrying about your aurah hehe), gossiping all night long, 'solat jemaah' in the surau during maghrib & isyak prayer every day (this is what I missed the most), don't have to worry about your boyfriend being stoled by your own friend (lolll), sleep during recess or prep in any position you want hahaha! Ahhhh good times indeed.. :D

You know what the best part is?

You can be yourself :)

Now I realize how much people always said to cherish your high school days. You'll never get that kind of freedom after graduating. That's the only period where you get to have fun with your friends, where you don't have to worry too much of what you're going to be in the future and you'll just go with the flow. And silly 17 year old me anticipating to become an adult, to get married and have kids, thinking that all my worried thoughts at that time will come to an end after I graduate from high school.

And here's the 20 year old me, sitting here and writing a post for my assignment that is due in a few days. Instead of worrying, I am terrified of how my future will be. Only now that I realize that my journey is just the beginning. And I hope to pass this journey with every ounce of strength and effort that I have, to make my life something worth living. And to you readers as well. Insha-Allah.

p/s: thank you Allah for this beautiful life that you gave :') *wipe tears*

Yuhuuuu

Assalamualaikum :)

The name is Mas Liyana binti Nasrah.
So people just usually call me "Mas". I'm turning 20 y/o this year on 19th of July. I am currently taking BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) in UiTM Puncak Alam, Selangor. I live in Kluang, Johor and the youngest out of 5 siblings.

Family is love, family is life <3

So, the purpose of this blog is just to fulfill my MGT417 assignment. (if it wasn't because of this, i wouldn't consider of even having one lol) Nothing much about me, just that I have this weird face I make whenever I see cats. And I always always alwaysss have this urge to pet it, regardless of where I am or what I am doing at that time.

huhuhu *easily amused*

You got it folks, a super crazy cat lover right here. (& cute too huhu)

Aite! Till next time!
(come to think of it, blogging is nice! except that I have no time .. and 90% is because I'm just lazy okbye)
